I've created this blog to record my on going flat belly challenge. For fourteen days I will diet and exercise and see how flat it goes.
I will update this blog and take pictures of my tummy every now and then. I will, also, write everything I have eaten for that day.
Also, if you have any work-out tips and advice on foods that I must and must not eat then please do tell. I need to know how much of this and that I am allowed to eat.
